Stephen is a Senior Investment Manager, looking after bespoke private client portfolios across a broad range of asset classes for SIPPs, ISAs, trusts, companies, and individuals. He became Head of Office in 2012 after joining the Glasgow team the previous year.
His main expertise is in managing the assets of private families and ensuring wealth is preserved and passed down the generations. Stephen is also highly experienced in looking after the investments of company owners who have sold their businesses. He works very closely with Glasgow’s Financial Planning team to ensure all clients’ needs are being met.
Stephen began his career with Actuaries Hymans Robertson before moving to Glasgow stockbroking firm Speirs & Jeffrey, later helping set up the Glasgow office of private bank Adam & Company in 2001. After leading the investment operation there, he and his team were approached to join RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2011. Stephen is a Chartered FCSI.
