Polly has been an operations manager in the London, St. James’s office since it opened in 2017. Her role involves onboarding the team’s private clients in a timely and efficient manner and setting up their portfolios to fit their needs and objectives.
She maintains their portfolios on a day-to-day basis, which involves managing clients’ income payments, cash withdrawals and valuations. She also leads the administrative team in the office making sure they are following all the necessary procedures and informing them of any updates. In addition, Polly is present on a number of group-wide forums looking at the impact of any structural changes on the administrative role.
Polly, who joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2009, becoming an assistant director in 2020, is proud of the broad range of industry experience she has gathered during her career to date, and crucial changes she has introduced such as streamlining processes.
