David is an Investment Manager with over 30 years’ experience of managing clients’ portfolios. He specialises in working with individual clients, charities and trusts.
David joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 1989 and became a Divisional Director 10 years later. He is proud of the fact that he has looked after some of his clients for more than 30 years and enjoys helping them find solutions to their financial dilemmas.
He began his financial services career at Pideon De Smitt stockbrokers, moving to RBC Brewin Dolphin three years later and working his way up from to Senior Assistant, eventually taking charge of a team of 30, a role he performed for 11 years. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
