Barry joined Brewin Dolphin in 2006 and is an Investment Manager in the Aberdeen office. He manages investment portfolios on behalf of a wide range of direct clients including individuals who have built up pension funds and ISAs, multigenerational families, historic trusts and charities. His clients are based in the Northeast of Scotland and the Highlands.
He also constructs his clients’ portfolios, interpreting their requirements be that growth, income or a blend of the two. He is proud of the strong and compassionate relationships he has built with his clients, especially the elderly and vulnerable, over the years.
Barry began his financial services career in 2001 in the life assurance sector. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
