Alex is a Chartered Financial Planner in our Marlborough office. He helps clients plan for their futures and achieve their long-term financial goals by providing holistic financial planning advice covering areas including pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning, protection and cashflow planning. His clients are mainly private individuals spanning a wide age range, as well as trusts.
He works tirelessly to put firm financial plans in place for each of his clients, with his dedication often meaning that his clients can achieve their financial goals earlier than they imagined. Educating the younger generation about finance is also important to him and he is an Education Champion for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Alex began his career at Derrick Newman on an accountancy apprenticeship, joining full time in 2009. From there he moved to RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2014 as a Financial Planning Assistant, progressing to a Paraplanner and subsequently to Financial Adviser. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning through the CII and therefore Chartered status.
