Alan joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2006 and is an Investment Manager in the Aberdeen office. He manages the investment portfolios of a wide variety of clients including private individuals, many of whom have received an inheritance payment, charities and trusts. He also looks after clients of intermediaries such as independent financial advisors.
He has a strong focus on investment research, helping to build the most appropriate portfolios for each of his clients. He develops close, trusting relationships with his clients, taking a keen interest in their and their family’s lives.
Alan began his financial services career in 1998 at Aberdeen Asset Management where he became an Investment Manager. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
